Will you match a lower price?
Our price match guarantee will match any price found at another store for the same product. Simply fill out our price-match form so that we can verify the price. We will verify the price and either: 1) Update our price to match or beat the competitor price, 2) E-Mail you a coupon code to match the item price, or 3) E-Mail a discount coupon for the same savings. You will be notified by e-mail after we review your request.

After I have placed my order, can I check the status on it?
YES. Our site features live online order tracking just login below. Please view our home page and navigate to "Order Status" located in the top, right hand corner of www.golfcow.com. Insert your shipping postal code and order number to receive your tracking information. Tracking information only available if item has shipped. For items shipped in the current day, please allow 5-10 hours for tracking information to be updated by shipping carrier. Please call if you've ordered by phone and did not receive an internet order number or confirmation number from your agent.

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
During the checkout process, you will be given the option to enter your addres separate from your billing address so that you may have something shipped as a guest, or to a work address. These orders may be further scrutinized to divert fraudelent activity. PayPal orders may be preferred for drop-ship orders, or International customers. Shipments sent to an address other than the credit-card billing address are carefully reviewed and my require additional information before shipping.

Is my order subject to sales tax?
We also accpet PayPal which is available to anybody who has a checking account or PayPal. We also accept checks and money orders.

How do I use a coupon code?
If you were provided with a coupon code via e-mail, simply click on the included link, or copy the link into your browser. Coupon discounts will automatically be calculated at checkout.
