What is the return policy?
We provide a 100% refund on any items returned within 30 days of delivery less shipping and handling. Orders returned after 30 days may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returns are required to be in a new or unused condition. Sales of close-out and used items may have a non-returnable policy. Also, personalized items and licensed embroidered bags may have a non-returnable policy.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted. Credit card payments are processed when your order is placed. PayPal can also be used to pay for your order. Orders may be cancelled if payment has not been made within 7 working days.

Can I cancel my order?
YES! Orders can be canceled free of charge if it has not yet been shipped by our fulfillment center. Orders that have already been shipped are subject to our return policy. Back-orders can also be canceled free of charge if it has not yet been shipped.

If an order has already been shipped and needs to be canceled, you need to accept the package will be shipped back at the customers cost. If the package is refused at delivery, the customer is required to pay shipping BOTH ways.

Is my order subject to sales tax?
Only orders that are shipped to addresses in California are subject to state sales tax. Sales tax is charged on the products purchases and not on the shipping and handling amount.

What happens if my entire order is not in stock?
Our online inventory is real-time, but may not reflect other orders that have not been recorded yet, or recently received orders. An option will be provided during the checkout process whether you will accept multiple orders. Additional shipping charges may apply for back-ordered items when they are shipped. Back-orders may be cancelled if nothing is heard from the customer.
