How do I track my order online?
We will send an e-mail with your tracking number as soon as it is available. Alternatively you can simply enter your shipping address postal code and order number below, and click on the "Submit" button. We will then send you the current status of the order placed, whether it was placed on the web or with one of our friendly sales consultant. This information is available in real time 24 hours a day. In addition, you can log into your account and view your entire order history. Contact us if you would like to check the status of an order over the phone, or have any questions about the status of your order that this page doesn't answer.

Our site features live online order tracking. Please view our home page and navigate to "Order Status" located in the top, right hand corner of www.golfcow.com. Insert your shipping postal code and order number to receive your tracking information. Tracking information only available if item has shipped. For items shipped in the current day, please allow 5-10 hours for tracking information to be updated by shipping carrier. Please call if you've ordered by phone and did not receive an internet order number or confirmation number from your customer service representative.

When will I get my shipment?
Orders are shipped from our fullfillment warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders received by 2:00 PM PST typically ship the same day. An e-mail will be sent after the order has been sent with the appropiate tracking number.

PROCESSING TIME: Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. For security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we process your credit card for payment. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main Vista, California warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.

TRANSIT TIME: Ground: 1-8 Business Days, UPS BLUE: 2-3 Business Days UPS RED: Next Business Day. A business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY: Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

FREE SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on most orders over $150. Certain bulk items do not qualify for shipping. Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for free shipping.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the shipping weight of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order.

Where are orders shipped from?
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse center in Vista, California. In addition, we have a network of suppliers worldwide which may drop ship special items to you directly.


What shipping methods are available?
UPS is our primary carrier for most items. Should you require faster service, UPS BLUE (2-3 business day service) or UPS RED (next business day service) are available at an extra cost. Smaller items may ship via DHL on International orders. In some cases our suppliers may use a different carrier when they drop ship your order for us. A tracking number will e-mailed when your order has been shipped.

Do I have to sign form my package?
YES! For security reasons, all shipments require a signature at the receiving location.

What if all of my order is not in stock?
Our online inventory is refreshed often, but may not reflect other orders received by our distributor, or new inventory that may have been received since our last update. An option will be provided during the checkout process whether you will accept multiple orders. Additional shipping charges may apply for back-ordered items when they are shipped. Back-orders that have not been shipped within 30 days may be cancelled. You will be notified of the cancellation, and will also notify you when new inventory is eventually recieved.
